In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the „Regulation“), I hereby give my informed and voluntary consent to Orange Slovensko, a.s. on the basis of the information provided, with registered office at Metodova 8, 821 08 Bratislava, ID No.: 35 697 270, registered in the Commercial Register of the City Court Bratislava III, Section: Sa, Insert No. 1142/B (hereinafter referred to as the „Company“), to process my personal data provided in the personal questionnaire, in the attached CV, motivation letter and, if applicable, any other document sent to the Company, and personal data obtained by the Company about me during the selection procedure and/or interview in connection with the selection procedure for the position in which I have expressed interest, for the purpose of including my data in the register of job applicants in the Company, who may be approached with a job offer for another suitable position. I give this consent for a period of 2 years from the date of giving it (from the date of sending the email of which the Company is a part) and, in the case of the commencement of an employment relationship with the Company, for the duration of the employment relationship with the Company and, in addition, for 2 years from the termination of the relevant employment relationship. This consent may be revoked at any time by notice of revocation sent in writing to the Company's address or electronically to cv@orange.sk. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal. I also declare that I have read and am aware of all my rights set out in the Regulation, Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, and other applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, which can be found on the website https://www.orange.sk/onas/tlacove-centrum.
